Trainee Salaries

Salaries for our first and second year trainees are reviewed on an annual basis to ensure they are in excess of Law Society recommendations and at the top end of local market levels.

Trainee Benefits

Michelmores pay LPC fees up to a maximum of £8,000.

Staff benefits include Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Pension Scheme, holiday purchase scheme, use of the in-house gymnasium, Conservatory Café and free car parking. We also have a minibus which operates twice-weekly lunchtime trips to the City Centre and a pick up and drop off service into Exeter City Centre at the start and end of the day.
