Training contract opportunities

We are passionate about training and developing all of our employees, so we can provide the highest service to clients, and so individuals can fulfil their own potential and ambitions.

The number and variety of seats available gives our trainees the opportunity to gain a real breadth and depth of work during their training contract, meaning that you do not need to specialise too early in your career.

Our structured two year trainee development programme focuses on building the technical and business skills which are fundamental for successful lawyers. These include workshops on financial management, law firms as a business, core client service, networking skills, business writing skills and time management, to name a few. 

Last year we were shortlisted for the LawCareers.net Training & Recruitment Awards 2010 as Best Trainer - Medium Regional Firm, in recognition of our excellent training programme.

Training is an ongoing process and does not stop on qualification. We have training and development programmes and initiatives for all our solicitors at every stage of their career.
