We are passionate about training and developing all employees in the firm, so we can provide the highest service to clients, and so individuals can fulfil their ambitions.

We have a structured training programme for trainees which spans the two years and focuses on building additional skills that are needed to successfully develop a career in law. These include making the most of a training contract, financial and business awareness, communication and people skills and marketing and networking.

Training is an ongoing process and does not stop on qualification. We have training and development programmes and initiatives for all our solicitors at every stage of their career.

We see diversity as a great strength in the firm. Our diversity awareness programme is run for all employees to understand the firm’s approach to equality and diversity and to encourage a positive working environment.
