These are the questions you need to ask yourself before you start applying for a training contract to help you decide what matters most to you in your career. You can then determine which organisations might match your requirements. Remember, you are going to be at work at least seven hours a day, five days per week, 47 weeks per year... You need to be happy with your chosen employer!
